Custom Casting and Molding
Every project begins with the required shape, dimensions and visual effect.
Depending on the design, we can develop models and molds specifically for the project. The resin is then prepared, colored when required, and carefully cast into the mold.
The production process requires careful control of the resin mixture, casting conditions, curing and finishing.
For transparent products in particular, imperfections that might be less noticeable on an opaque object can become immediately visible. Bubbles, contamination, uneven color, surface defects and poor polishing can all affect the final appearance.
This is why transparent resin products require a high level of manufacturing control.
Creating Color, Transparency and Depth
Transparent resin does not necessarily have to be completely colorless.
For retail projects, we can produce colored transparent and translucent effects according to the design concept. Amber, orange and other tinted finishes can create strong visual depth while still allowing light to travel through the material.
The faceted transparent resin components shown in this project demonstrate how geometry, color and transparency can work together to create a jewel-like appearance.
Under retail lighting, the surfaces reflect and transmit light differently from different angles, creating a much richer visual effect than a conventional painted surface.
Large and Complex Transparent Resin Components

With the appropriate mold design and production method, we can also manufacture larger decorative components and sculptural forms.
The crescent-shaped pieces shown here required multiple geometric surfaces to remain visually consistent across a relatively large structure. After molding and finishing, the individual surfaces combine to create a continuous transparent sculptural form.
For projects like this, mold accuracy and finishing quality are particularly important because light reveals even small inconsistencies across the surface.
