Custom fiberglass display trays manufactured for retail stores and window displays, featuring an aged sandstone texture and terracotta-red finish for a distinctive visual merchandising presentation.
Project Introduction
SOARPEAN manufactured these custom display trays for use in retail stores and window displays. The trays were designed to create a distinctive presentation platform for handbags, footwear, accessories and other fashion products.
Rather than using conventional display materials, the trays were produced in fiberglass (FRP), providing a lightweight yet durable structure suitable for repeated use in retail environments.
Custom Finish
One of the key features of this project was the surface treatment.
The fiberglass surface was specially finished to create an aged sandstone-inspired texture, followed by a terracotta-red textured coating that gives the trays the visual character of handcrafted ceramic or weathered architectural material.
This combination created a warm, tactile appearance while retaining the practical advantages of fiberglass.
From Factory to Retail Stores
After production and quality inspection, the display trays were shipped for use in retail locations around the world.
Installed alongside handbags, footwear and accessories, the custom trays became part of the overall visual merchandising environment and received positive feedback for their distinctive texture, color and presentation effect.
This project demonstrates how fiberglass can be used not only for sculptures and large display structures, but also for refined custom retail display fixtures and visual merchandising props.
